The State Property Management Administration Office announced Public Call for Expression of Interest for Implementation of the Project MUZIL on Muzil peninsula, City of Pula (Istria County) on Friday, November 6.
Muzil peninsula is a former military recruitment centar in Pula. It spreads on approximately 170 hectares of land located on the westernmost part of Pula bay which makes the central part of Pula Riviera. The development project envisages the construction of approx. 2,270 beds in tourism accommodation, public, social and business facilities, beach complex, 18-hole golf course, marina with 380 berths, culture and congress centre and other various mixed purpose facilities, including the possibility of residential part.
Interested investors are invited to submit the Expression of Interest in written form, no later than 30 days from date of the announcement of the Call for Expression of Interest.
