The Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK) is the largest business network in Croatia. It promotes entrepreneurs' interests through county chambers, communities, and associations. It also does so international representative offices and membership in international chambers.


HGK is active through the Headquarter in Zagreb and 20 county chambers. It now has seven international offices. They are in Sarajevo, Mostar, Belgrade, Shanghai, Brussels, Moscow, and Vienna.


Foreign and local investors can obtain basic information about Croatian business at the Business Internationalization Centre. This includes entrepreneurs who plan to grow a business and it also includes those considering starting one. They can obtain information about the legal and investment framework.


HGK and Business Internationalization Centre help entrepreneurs. They do this through a special network of activities. It spans the national, regional, and international levels and this network links global trends with business conditions in Croatia. The Business Internationalization Centre develops and offers different different services to entrepreneurs. The services aim to strengthen the competitiveness of Croatian companies in companies companies in international business. The Center has two main goals. They are to succeed at internationalization and to make it easier to sell Croatian goods and services abroad. The Center also provides support to all domestic and foreign entrepreneurs who are considering starting or expanding their business on the Croatian market.
